KCPT Flyers Flight School – the Gold Standard in Flight Training

"Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return."

About KCPT Flyers

Your Aviation Journey Starts Here.

Ready to take the pilot's seat and live your aviation dreams? You're in the right hangar. KCPT Flyers Flight School was established in 2017 to fill a need for high-quality, no-compromise pilot training at Cleburne Regional Airport (KCPT). A decade in, we've trained dozens of new pilots and built a reputation across the DFW metroplex for clean aircraft, sharp instructors, and a learning environment people actually look forward to coming back to.

  • Training should be enjoyable. Captivating, unforgettable, and yes – fun. Students who enjoy training train more, retain more, and finish sooner.
  • Safety is non-negotiable. Aircraft maintained on-field by DJS Aviation (FAA-certified piston MRO). Rigorous 50-hour inspection regime.
  • Personalized paths to success. Standard pace, accelerated programs, time-building, ratings – we'll fit the syllabus to you, not the other way around.

Whether you're chasing your Private Pilot certificate, adding an Instrument rating, stepping up to high-performance in our Debonair, or just renting a clean, well-equipped airplane for a weekend trip, KCPT Flyers is built for serious pilots.
